How can I make a purchase?
To add items in your shopping bag, click on "Add to Bag" for the item you wish to purchase.
To change the quantity of the item, change the number in the box under the "Quantity" column.
To review the items in your shopping bag, click on the "Shopping Bag" icon located at the top right of the page.
If you have an applicable "Promo Code", enter it at the "Apply Coupon" column and click on "Apply". The total price will be updated with the promotion in checkout.
Review your order. Once you are ready to place the order, click on "Checkout".
Fill in all the necessary details and click on "Continue" to choose your delivery options.
Please review your orders again and total amount before completing the payment.
How will I know if my order has been received?
You will receive a web confirmation and also an email confirmation after you have placed your order.
How do I check the status of my order?
You will receive updates along with the tracking number by email once your order is shipped. You can always reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number if you have questions on your orders.
I am having issues using the voucher/ promo code
Please check if:
Voucher/ promo code has expired.
Voucher/ promo code is for one-time use only.
Only one voucher/ promo code may be used per order.
You have used a non-participating Credit Card for the voucher discount.
Rewards redemption and discounts cannot be used at the same time.
What kind of payment method may I use at cuepidocosmetics.com?
We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit/debit cards through Braintree payment gateway and PayPal.
Can I amend my order after it has been confirmed and paid for?
We know how exciting it is to receive orders on time, therefore we are unable to amend any orders as we process orders immediately when payment is confirmed. Any amendments may cause delay in the delivery of your order.
Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders once it is paid. Please review your item before completing your orders. Please email to email@example.com with an attachment of your confirmation email or purchase receipt if you have questions on your orders.
I am facing problems ordering through my mobile device
Cuepidocosmetics.com is compatible on most devices and browsers. We suggest restarting the browser and clearing the cache before logging onto www.cuepidocosmetics.com. What do I do when the items in my order are out of stock?
We know how annoying it is when your favourite items are out of stock. If some of the items in your order are temporarily out of stock, we will ship the available items only and notify you of any products that cannot be fulfilled. We will make a refund for items that are not available. You will receive an update from us via email as soon as the item is available.
What do I do if I receive a faulty item or have a problem with an item ordered?
Please contact us immediately at or +6019 675 7679 with your order number, details and an image of the faulty items received. Please do not discard the items as we will need it to be collected back for a new replacement.
Can I request samples?
Every cuepidocosmetics.com order will be shipped with free samples. Unfortunately, due to the large number of requests we received, we can only send samples with orders when available.
